You’ve Got Mail

Even with the high cost of postage, many of you will be sending out Christmas cards to friends and relatives this year. They will contain little notes of items of interest, or maybe a Christmas newsletter of all that the family has been up to this past year. They might contain an invitation to dinner. For sure they will contain a message of love. The recipient will know that you were thinking of them.

Even if you don’t send cards, you will make phone calls or send something on Facebook or email. Whatever it is, you will be making a connection. You will be opening a door and letting people know that they are important and that you love them.

God sent us a message: God sent the Son to let us know that God cares about us and that we are loved.

Loving God, thank you for sending your Son to show us your love. Amen. — MAC
